Just received my 10th order from QSC. Started in May 2025, so that's 10 orders in about 10 months. Figured a comprehensive retrospective might be useful for the community, especially newer buyers trying to assess vendor reliability. Complete Order History: | # | Date | Items | Source | Ship Days | Cost | |---|------|-------|--------|-----------|------| | 1 | May 2025 | 4x tirz 30mg | China | 19 | $128 | | 2 | Jun 2025 | 6x tirz 30mg | China | 16 | $178 | | 3 | Aug 2025 | 8x tirz 30mg | China | 21 | $232 | | 4 | Sep 2025 | 5x sema 10mg | US WH | 3 | $155 | | 5 | Oct 2025 | 10x tirz 30mg | US WH | 4 | $365 | | 6 | Nov 2025 | 10x tirz + 5x sema | US WH | 3 | $505 | | 7 | Dec 2025 | 8x tirz 30mg | US WH | 5 | $296 | | 8 | Jan 2026 | 10x tirz 30mg | US WH | 3 | $370 | | 9 | Feb 2026 | 10x tirz + 5x BPC | US WH | 4 | $428 | | 10 | Mar 2026 | 10x tirz 30mg | US WH | 3 | $400 | Total spent: ~$3,057 Total vials received: 91 vials Average shipping time: 8.1 days (blended), 3.6 days (US warehouse only) Issues: 1 (short shipment on Order 6, resolved with replacement) You can see my progression: started with China direct, switched to US warehouse after Order 3, and never looked back. The 3-4 day US delivery times are just too good. Yes, I pay a premium — but the convenience and peace of mind are worth it. Janoshik Testing Summary (5 batches tested): | Order | Product | Purity | |-------|---------|--------| | 1 | Tirz 30mg | 97.9% | | 3 | Tirz 30mg | 98.2% | | 5 | Tirz 30mg | 98.6% | | 7 | Tirz 30mg | 98.4% | | 10 | Tirz 30mg | 98.8% | Consistent 97.9-98.8% range with a slight upward trend. No batch below 97.5%. That's the kind of consistency you want from a vendor.

$3,057 over 10 months is about $306/month average. For context, that's roughly what a single Mounjaro pen costs at retail without insurance. You're getting significantly more product for the same spend. What's your dosing protocol? With 10 vials of tirz 30mg per month, you've got 300mg of tirzepatide. That's 20mg/week with some buffer, or you're stockpiling.

Good catch. I'm running 15mg/week currently, so I use about 2 vials per month (each 30mg vial lasts 2 weeks at 15mg/week). The larger orders are partly stockpiling and partly supplying my partner, who's also on tirz at 10mg/week. Between the two of us, we go through about 3.5 vials per month. So a 10-vial order lasts roughly 6 weeks for our household. I like to keep a 6-8 week buffer in the freezer at all times in case of supply disruptions, shipping delays, or vendor issues. Effective per-person cost at current US warehouse pricing: about $140/month each at our respective doses. My insurance quoted Mounjaro at $1,200/month with my plan. So we're saving about $1,060/month per person. Over a year that's $25,000+ in savings for our household. Grey market peptides quite literally changed our financial calculus on weight management.

10 months of consistent ordering is a good track record. Can you speak to the health outcomes? I know this is a vendor review thread, but the ultimate test of a peptide vendor is whether the product actually produces clinical results. Specifically: - Total weight loss over the 10 months? - A1C or glucose changes? - Lipid panel changes? - Any adverse effects you attribute to the peptides?

Great questions. Here are the clinical outcomes: Me (M, 42, started at 265 lbs): - Current weight: 218 lbs (-47 lbs, 17.7% body weight) - A1C: 6.4% → 5.3% - Fasting glucose: 112 → 86 mg/dL - LDL: 148 → 108 mg/dL - Triglycerides: 195 → 112 mg/dL - Blood pressure: 138/88 → 122/76 My partner (F, 39, started at 198 lbs): - Current weight: 162 lbs (-36 lbs, 18.2% body weight) - A1C: 5.8% → 5.1% - Fasting glucose: 98 → 78 mg/dL - LDL: 132 → 95 mg/dL Adverse effects: Standard GI side effects during titration for both of us — nausea, reduced appetite (desired), occasional constipation. All resolved by month 2. I had one episode of mild hypoglycemia early on when I skipped a meal. No injection site reactions, no pancreatitis symptoms, no thyroid concerns. We both do comprehensive blood work every 3 months. These outcomes are consistent with Phase 3 trial data for tirzepatide (SURMOUNT program), which strongly suggests the product is pharmacologically legitimate. Grey market tirz from QSC is doing what name-brand Mounjaro is supposed to do, at 90% lower cost.
