Reconstituted BPC goes in the fridge immediately, used within 10 days as you calculated. I haven't added ascorbic acid — I reconstitute with standard BAC water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) and haven't noticed degradation within the 10-day window. The solution stays clear throughout. You're right on the cost math — about $36/month for BPC and roughly $72/month for TB-500 at my dosing. So ~$108/month total for the stack. Compared to what I was paying for physical therapy co-pays ($50/session, 2x/week = $400/month), this is a bargain and arguably doing more for my recovery. Though obviously I'm still doing my PT exercises.

Nice review. Adding my WWB BPC-157 data: Ordered December 2025, 10x 5mg vials at $12 each. Janoshik HPLC: 99.2% purity. Slightly higher than OP's batch but within normal inter-batch variance. I'm using it for a chronic Achilles tendinopathy. 8 weeks in at 300mcg 2x/day. Significant improvement — I can jog again for the first time in 7 months. Could be natural healing timeline, could be the BPC. Can't do a controlled trial on myself, but the timing is suggestive. WWB's healing peptide line is underrated on this forum. Everyone focuses on the weight loss compounds but their broader catalog seems to be quality stuff.

This is really helpful. I've been considering a BPC/TB stack for a knee issue (meniscus tear, also non-surgical per my ortho). Few questions: 1. Did WWB have a minimum order for the healing peptides? I only want to try 5 vials of each initially. 2. Can you combine BPC and TB in the same syringe for injection? Or separate pins? 3. Any interaction concerns if I'm also running tirz 10mg/week from WWB?

1. No minimum that I'm aware of. $25 shipping is flat rate regardless of order size, so it makes sense to order at least $100+ to make shipping worthwhile. 5 of each would be $150 + $25 = $175. Reasonable starter order. 2. You can technically combine them in the same syringe, and some people do. I keep them separate because I want to be able to attribute any effects (or side effects) to a specific peptide. Personal preference. 3. No known interaction between BPC-157/TB-500 and tirzepatide. They operate through completely different mechanisms. BPC works via NO-mediated pathways and growth factor upregulation. TB-500 promotes actin sequestration and cell migration. Tirz is a GLP-1/GIP dual agonist. Totally different pharmacology. I'd run them concurrently without concern, but obviously do your own due diligence.

Just want to flag for the thread: while BPC-157 and TB-500 have legitimate preclinical research behind them, neither has completed human clinical trials. The evidence base is mostly rodent studies and anecdotal human reports. Doesn't mean they don't work — just means we're all guinea pigs to some degree. That said, the safety profile from years of community use appears favorable. No reports of serious adverse events that I'm aware of. The risk-reward calculus is different for everyone. Just want newcomers reading this thread to understand the evidence landscape. WWB's pricing makes these peptides accessible enough that more people can experiment, which ironically might generate the real-world safety data that formal trials haven't produced. Silver lining of the grey market.
