I respect gary_naperville perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: USDT (Tether) for pharmacy — the effect size varies considerably by population.
I am not saying gary_naperville wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.
