This is exactly why third-party testing matters. The pharmacy's own COA presumably said endotoxins passed. Either they didn't actually test, their test was flawed, or they falsified the result. None of those options are acceptable.

Andy, I know you reported to the state board. I'd also recommend filing with FDA MedWatch. Even for compounded products, FDA tracks adverse event reports and they can trigger inspections.

Filed with MedWatch this morning. Also contacted a lawyer. Not sure if I have a case since I haven't had adverse health effects (thankfully), but I want this documented.

UPDATE: We've verified Andy's lab report. The pharmacy in question is now named in the Quality Alerts section of the forum. We've also reached out to the pharmacy for comment — no response yet.

If you've used this pharmacy, we strongly recommend getting your current vials tested. Janoshik offers endotoxin testing as part of their full panel.
