I see a lot of questions about WWB shipping so I'm compiling my experience across 5 orders plus data from friends who also order. Hopefully this helps set expectations. 📦 My Personal Shipping Timeline (US East Coast): | Order # | Order Date | Ship Confirm | Received | Total Days | |---------|-----------|-------------|----------|-----------| | 1 | Oct 12 | Oct 14 | Oct 26 | 14 days | | 2 | Nov 8 | Nov 9 | Nov 19 | 11 days | | 3 | Dec 15 | Dec 18 | Jan 2 | 18 days | | 4 | Jan 20 | Jan 21 | Feb 3 | 14 days | | 5 | Feb 25 | Feb 26 | Mar 9 | 12 days | Average: 13.8 days. The December order was slow because of holiday shipping congestion — they warned me about that upfront, which I appreciated. Packaging breakdown: - Outer box: plain brown corrugated, no branding, customs declaration reads "biochemical reagents for laboratory use" - Inner layer: vacuum-sealed mylar bag - Vials wrapped individually in bubble wrap - Cold pack included (gel type, not ice — still cool on arrival for 3/5 orders) - Packing slip with batch numbers inside the mylar bag No damage on any order. Vials all had intact seals and crimps. Professional operation.

t Coast data point here: My 3 orders averaged 16 days — slightly longer than your East Coast times which makes sense. Longest was 21 days (also a holiday period), shortest was 12 days. Same packaging description as yours. One thing I'll add — the mylar bag had a small silica gel packet inside on my last two orders, which is a nice touch for moisture control during transit. > Cold pack included (gel type, not ice — still cool on arrival for 3/5 orders) Mine were always room temp by arrival but that's expected for West Coast. Lyophilized peptides don't need cold chain during shipping so it's more of a "nice to have" than a necessity.

Canadian perspective 🍁 My orders have taken 10-13 days to Ontario. Surprisingly faster than some US destinations, probably routing through a closer port of entry. Customs has never been an issue. The documentation they include is legit — proper MSDS sheets and a commercial invoice listing the contents as research peptides. One order had a brief customs hold (showed as "in transit" for 3 extra days) but cleared without any action on my part. Packaging identical to what OP described. Very consistent.

How do you handle the tracking situation? My first order from WWB, the tracking number they gave me didn't work for the first 5 days and I was losing my mind thinking I got scammed. Then it suddenly showed up in the system at a US sorting facility.

This is totally normal and I should have mentioned it. The tracking flow typically goes: 1. Days 1-2: WWB sends tracking number — often doesn't scan yet 2. Days 3-5: First scan appears, usually at a Chinese logistics hub or directly at a US/CA port 3. Days 5-7: Package enters destination country, may show customs processing 4. Days 7-14: Domestic carrier picks it up (USPS, FedEx, or local equivalent) 5. Days 10-21: Delivered The gap between getting the tracking number and the first scan is the scary part, especially for first-time buyers. But I've had 5/5 successful deliveries so I don't stress about it anymore. Pro tip: Use 17track.net for tracking — it aggregates Chinese and international logistics carriers better than any single carrier's site.
