OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on WWB vs QSC vs GGPeps .

To answer MounjBrad: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Relevant to WWB vs QSC vs GGPeps looking — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.0% → 5.3%, triglycerides 215 → 115 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 7 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

I know this thread is old but I found it through search and wanted to add my experience with WWB vs QSC vs GGPeps since this was the most comprehensive discussion I could find.

14 months later, the information in this thread still holds up. My results have been very similar to what was described.

For anyone else finding this through search: the advice here is solid. Just make sure to check for more recent threads too.

Dr.LeslieOBGYN — that is really helpful context on WWB vs QSC vs GGPeps . Follow-up question: did you experience any side effects during this phase?

I am in a similar situation (about to start) and trying to set realistic expectations.

Want to share my personal experience related to WWB vs QSC vs GGPeps looking since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 288 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 18 months later: I am down 53 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The WWB vs QSC vs GGPeps aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This forum was my go-to resource throughout.
