My endo and I disagree about tb-500 for the shoulder pain that and I want a reality check.

They are saying that I do not need to worry about it but everything I have read here suggests otherwise.

I trust this community's collective knowledge but I also do not want to go against medical advice without good reason. What would you do?

JakeBK_lifts's experience with TB-500 for the shoulder resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process β€” starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I started 3 months later. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 30 lbs in 5 months.

One thing I would add that JakeBK_lifts did not mention: the mental health improvements were just as significant.

Thanks for sharing this, JakeBK_lifts. A few questions about your TB-500 for the experience:

  1. What dose did you start at?
  2. How long before you noticed side effects improving?
  3. Did your provider have any specific recommendations about TB-500 for the?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

OP here β€” wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on TB-500 for the shoulder.

To answer AussieAnna: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion β€” this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. πŸ™

Relevant to TB-500 for the shoulder pain β€” here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.0% β†’ 5.3%, triglycerides 223 β†’ 93 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 β†’ 1.1 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 15 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
