KevinCompounds's experience with TB-500 for tissue repair resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I started 3 months later. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 42 lbs in 7 months.

One thing I would add that KevinCompounds did not mention: the mental health improvements were just as significant.

Thanks for sharing this, KevinCompounds. A few questions about your TB-500 for tissue experience:

  1. What dose are you currently on?
  2. How long before you noticed significant changes?
  3. Did your doctor have any specific recommendations about TB-500 for tiss?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

To answer kim_atl_prep: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Relevant to TB-500 for tissue repair — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.2% → 5.3%, triglycerides 195 → 95 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 11 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
