Gonna push back on this one. Month 2 and I have lost NOTHING - is not that straightforward in my experience. I have been on this for 12 months and the reality is messier than the trials suggest.

Don't get me wrong — the medication works. But cost accessibility is a real barrier. We should be honest about that.

Slightly tangential to Month 2 and I have lost but nick_SD_fit reminded me — what is the latest on the oral formulations?
