Update on my situation with tb-500 for tissue repair 12 month — wanted to follow up since some of you asked.

about 6 weeks since my last post and things have stabilized. Here is what happened:

Talked to my pharmacist about the concerns raised in my previous thread and they ordered additional tests.

Full details below. Thanks to everyone who responded last time — your input genuinely made a difference.

mel_PDX's experience with TB-500 for tissue repair resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I titrated faster. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 32 lbs in 7 months.

One thing I would add that mel_PDX did not mention: the relationship with food fundamentally changed.

Thanks for sharing this, mel_PDX. A few questions about your TB-500 for tissue experience:

  1. What dose are you currently on?
  2. How long before you noticed significant changes?
  3. Did your doctor have any specific recommendations about TB-500 for tiss?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

Relevant to TB-500 for tissue repair 12 — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.4% → 5.5%, triglycerides 225 → 95 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 17 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
