Can I just vent for a second about what even is mash? my doc?

I know this forum is evidence-based and I love that about it, but sometimes you just need to let it out. I hit another plateau and I am frustrated.

Not looking for a fix necessarily — just solidarity. Anyone else going through this right now?

nick_newbie's experience with What even is MASH? My doc resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I titrated faster. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 44 lbs in 9 months.

Relevant to What even is MASH? My doc — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.6% → 5.5%, triglycerides 197 → 97 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 13 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
