Can I just vent for a second about home gym setup guide for glp-1?

I know this forum is evidence-based and I love that about it, but sometimes you just need to let it out. I hit another plateau and I am frustrated.

Not looking for a fix necessarily — just solidarity. Anyone else going through this right now?

jennifer_SEA's experience with Home gym setup guide for resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I started 3 months later. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 38 lbs in 13 months.

One thing I would add that jennifer_SEA did not mention: the mental health improvements were just as significant.

Thanks for sharing this, jennifer_SEA. A few questions about your Home gym setup guide experience:

  1. What dose worked best for you?
  2. How long before you noticed appetite suppression kicking in?
  3. Did your endo have any specific recommendations about Home gym setup?

I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

To answer BethLabQueen: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Relevant to Home gym setup guide for GLP-1 — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.0% → 5.3%, triglycerides 191 → 91 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 7 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
