To answer JennaRN's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, My liver enzyme journey July is well-supported by the literature.

The short answer: follow the standard titration protocol and reassess at 4-6 weeks.

The longer answer involves pharmacokinetic considerations around steady-state concentrations, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.

Reading this thread on My liver enzyme journey hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 267 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 42 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about My liver enzyme — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on My liver enzyme journey .

To answer KetoKyle: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏
