Reading this thread on Gym anxiety after major hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 283 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

9 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 58 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

To answer raj_cambridge: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏
