⚠️ When to stop GLP-1 — red flag symptoms requiring medical attention

Posting this as a community safety alert. I have direct evidence to support this warning.

Summary: When to stop GLP-1 red flag

Evidence:

  • I submitted a sample for independent HPLC testing through Janoshik Analytical
  • Results showed significant deviation from labeled claims
  • At least 3 other community members have reported similar issues (linked below)
  • The vendor's response was inadequate when confronted with evidence

What you should do:

  1. If you have product from this source, do not use it until independently verified
  2. Consider submitting your own sample for testing
  3. Report your experience in this thread to build the evidence base
  4. Check the Buyer Beware section for the current blacklist

The strength of this community is our commitment to evidence and mutual protection. If you have test results or additional information, please share below.

Dr.Martinez's experience with When to stop GLP-1 red resonates deeply with mine. I went through almost the identical process — starting dose, titration timeline, side effects, everything.

The main difference: I titrated faster. But the overall trajectory has been remarkably similar. Down 52 lbs in 7 months.

One thing I would add that Dr.Martinez did not mention: the relationship with food fundamentally changed.

Clinical perspective on When to stop GLP-1 red flag symptoms:

I have managed roughly 300 patients on GLP-1 therapy and this topic comes up frequently. What the data shows — and what I see in practice — is that the medication works best as part of a comprehensive approach.

For this specific question, I would recommend: getting comprehensive baseline labs first.
