Epithalon and telomere biology is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. Dr.NateNeph articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Epithalon and telomere aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on Epithalon and telomere hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 277 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 52 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Epithalon and — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Dr.DermMIA — that is really helpful context on Epithalon and telomere. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer DataDave's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Epithalon and telomere biology is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.

Bookmarked 📌 The Epithalon and info in this thread is essential. Coming back to this for sure.
