Key improvements: A1C 8.0% → 5.3%, triglycerides 191 → 91 mg/dL, hsCRP 6.0 → 0.9 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 7 months.

This is exactly right. AmyNC_wife articulated what I have been trying to explain to my doctor for months. The Hair falling out at month aspect is the most important factor.
