Clinical perspective on Threw up at work today - do I tell my:

I have managed roughly 300 patients on GLP-1 therapy and this topic comes up frequently. What the data shows — and what I see in practice — is that proper titration prevents most adverse events.

For this specific question, I would recommend: reviewing the relevant clinical guidelines.

Reading this thread on Threw up at work today - hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 297 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 72 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Threw up at work — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

This is exactly right. paul_denver articulated what I have been trying to explain to my doctor for months. The Threw up at work today - aspect is the most important factor.
