Thank you everyone. I made an appointment for tomorrow and am going to push for an ultrasound. The pain happened again tonight after dinner (had salmon and rice, not even that fatty) and lasted about 40 minutes. It's definitely getting worse, not better.

I'll update after my appointment. Genuinely grateful for this community — I was trying to convince myself it was "just gas" and I think that could have ended badly.

UPDATE: Ultrasound showed multiple gallstones and a thickened gallbladder wall. Surgeon wants to do laparoscopic cholecystectomy within the next two weeks. Pausing semaglutide until after surgery per my endocrinologist's advice.

Honestly, I'm relieved to have an answer and a plan. To anyone reading this — don't ignore RUQ pain. Just don't.
