This is exactly right. cory_ATX articulated what I have been trying to explain to my doctor for months. The Acid reflux/GERD aspect is the most important factor.

Slightly tangential to Acid reflux/GERD but ZaraB_AL reminded me — what is the latest on the oral formulations?

Agreed. My doctor said the same thing about Acid reflux/GERD.
