Not losing weight but my clothes is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. KevinCompounds articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Not losing weight but my aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on Not losing weight but my hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 281 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 56 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Not losing weight — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

EndoResFellow — that is really helpful context on Not losing weight but my. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer DebRD_ATL's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Not losing weight but my is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
