Hi all, brand new here. My NP just prescribed semaglutide and I have a question about down 50 lbs and nobody at.

Sorry if this has been asked before — I did try searching but the amount of information here is overwhelming (in a good way). I am on day 3 and everything is new to me.

Any guidance appreciated. You all seem really knowledgeable and I am glad I found this community.

Relevant to Down 50 lbs and nobody at work — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 8.4% → 5.5%, triglycerides 201 → 101 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 17 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.
