To answer LabKate's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Can we normalize being the is something I discuss with patients regularly.

The short answer: discuss this specific situation with your prescribing provider.

The longer answer involves weighing the risk-benefit ratio for your individual situation, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.

+1 to pam_columbus. Especially the point about "I've been looking for this exact info fo..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Can we normalize being.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Can we normalize being.

To answer SarahChen_PharmD: yes, I am on compounded sema from a 503B pharmacy.

Quick update: things are still going well. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

+1 to carlos_SATX. Especially the point about "Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 293 ..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Can we normalize being.
