Reading this thread on Mass spectrometry for hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 281 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 56 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Mass spectrometry — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Relevant to Mass spectrometry for peptide — here is my latest bloodwork comparison:

Key improvements: A1C 7.6% → 5.5%, triglycerides 213 → 113 mg/dL, hsCRP 8.0 → 1.3 mg/L. All on tirzepatide for 17 months.

The inflammatory marker drop is what impresses me most. Consistent with the SELECT trial's cardiovascular findings.

+1 to dave_SLC. Especially the point about "Mass spectrometry for is exactly what I'..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Mass spectrometry for.
