Forget shakes entirely lol. I just do protein water now. Protein2o or similar — 15g protein, tastes like flavored water, zero nausea. Yeah it's only 15g not 30g but I drink 2-3 throughout the day and that's 30-45g right there without trying.
sometimes the "optimal" solution that makes you puke is worse than the "suboptimal" solution you actually consume consistently 🤷♀️
