Slightly tangential to Has anyone dealt with but AttorneyGrant reminded me — has the insurance landscape changed recently?
I know it is not exactly on-topic but it seems related enough to ask here rather than starting a new thread. Apologies if this has been covered — I did search first.

- What dose did you start at?
- How long before you noticed side effects improving?
- Did your provider have any specific recommendations about Has anyone deal?
I am in a similar boat and trying to learn from others' experiences before my next appointment.

To answer MikeFit_NJ: my doctor and I discussed the options and went with brand.
