Reading this thread on Mass spectrometry for hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 287 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 62 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Mass spectrometry — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

marcus_mpls — that is really helpful context on Mass spectrometry for. Follow-up question: what labs did your doctor order to monitor this?

I am in a similar situation (just started) and trying to set realistic expectations.

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Mass spectrometry for.

To answer TirzTom: my doctor and I discussed the options and went with brand.

Quick update: I have noticed more improvement since posting this. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

Exactly this. My pharmacist said the same thing about Mass spectrometry.
