I respect gary_naperville perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: Diarrhea vs constipation on — the subgroup analyses show meaningful heterogeneity.
I am not saying gary_naperville wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

Reading this thread on Diarrhea vs constipation hits close to home. Night shift nurse — I started at 283 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.
