To answer hans_munich's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Has anyone dealt with moisture is well-supported by the literature.

The short answer: follow the standard titration protocol and reassess at 4-6 weeks.

The longer answer involves pharmacokinetic considerations around steady-state concentrations, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.

Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Has anyone dealt thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first month are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

OP here — wow, did not expect this much response! Thank you all for the thoughtful replies on Has anyone dealt with.

To answer zoe_NC: I get my labs done through Quest every 3 months.

Quick update: my latest labs came back even better. Thanks again for the evidence-based discussion — this is exactly why I posted in a science-based community. 🙏

+1 to NauseaFreeNow. Especially the point about "Follow-up question: did you change anyth..." — I have seen the same in my own experience with Has anyone dealt with.

Same experience here with Has anyone dealt with. Dr.MetabolicMD described it perfectly.
