I respect SleepDoc_PDX perspective but I think this oversimplifies things a bit. Re: Nausea incidence by dose tier — the effect size varies considerably by population.

I am not saying SleepDoc_PDX wrong entirely — just that the picture is more nuanced than a blanket statement. The SURMOUNT data specifically shows baseline BMI-dependent responses.

ben_calgary — that is really helpful context on Nausea incidence by dose. Follow-up question: did you experience any side effects during this phase?
