Blood pressure normalized anyone is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. RetaRick_CA articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Blood pressure normalized aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on Blood pressure normalized hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 261 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

7 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 36 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Blood pressure — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

NurseLeah_Nash — that is really helpful context on Blood pressure normalized. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer DebRD_ATL's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Blood pressure normalized is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
