lucas_SP_BR — that is really helpful context on Pancreatitis risk. Follow-up question: what labs did your doctor order to monitor this?

I am in a similar situation (just started) and trying to set realistic expectations.

Reading this thread on Pancreatitis risk hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 269 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.
