Want to share my personal experience related to Non-scale victories since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 276 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 16 months later: I am down 66 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The Non-scale victories aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This forum was my go-to resource throughout.

Just wanted to say — for anyone reading this Non-scale victories thread who is feeling discouraged: it gets better. The first 6 weeks are the hardest. Hang in there. 💪

This thread is incredible for Non-scale victories info. Better than most online groups.

Subscribing to this thread. Non-scale victories is exactly what I've been researching. 🙏
