Want to share my personal experience related to LC-MS/MS vs HPLC for peptide since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in October 2024 at 249 lbs with prediabetes and hypertension. My endocrinologist prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 6 months later: I am down 49 lbs, my labs have normalized, and I am off 2 of my 3 medications. The LC-MS/MS vs HPLC for aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This community helped me every step of the way.

TrialTracker_MD — that is really helpful context on LC-MS/MS vs HPLC for. Follow-up question: did you experience any side effects during this phase?

I am in a similar situation (about to start) and trying to set realistic expectations.

Want to share my personal experience related to LC-MS/MS vs HPLC for peptide since I think it might help others in a similar situation.

I started my GLP-1 journey in March 2025 at 266 lbs with metabolic syndrome. My telehealth provider prescribed semaglutide 0.25mg to start.

Now, 12 months later: I am down 56 lbs, my labs have normalized, and my sleep apnea has improved dramatically. The LC-MS/MS vs HPLC for aspect specifically was something that made a big difference in my journey.

This forum was my go-to resource throughout.

I am in a similar situation (month 2) and trying to set realistic expectations.
