Peptide degradation pathways my is not that straightforward in my experience

This is exactly right. NurseKim_ATL articulated what I have been trying to explain to my friends for months. The Peptide degradation aspect is what made the difference for me.

Reading this thread on Peptide degradation hits close to home. Dad of 2 checking in — I started at 297 lbs and felt like I would tried everything.

13 months on tirz and I am a different person. Not just the 72 lbs lost — my energy, my mood, my relationship with food. All transformed.

If you are on the fence about Peptide degradation — take the leap. It was the best health decision I have ever made. ❤️

Dr.Martinez — that is really helpful context on Peptide degradation. Follow-up question: how long did you wait before increasing your dose?

I am in a similar situation (week 4) and trying to set realistic expectations.

To answer BenResearch_OR's question specifically:

From a clinical standpoint, Peptide degradation pathways is a reasonable concern that deserves a thorough answer.

The short answer: the evidence supports this approach for most patients.

The longer answer involves reviewing the specific clinical trial data relevant to your question, which I am happy to elaborate on if helpful.
